Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
